Error Reporting (Profiles, Custom Graphics & Incomplete Rewards) - Admin - 07-23-2026

Please report all errors regarding personal site profiles and custom graphics here! This includes:

duplicate and/or accidental logs needing removal
incorrect total counts of currency, trade points, etc in your account (ie. removal or adding)
errors made to any kind of custom graphic (Player Milestones, activities, master badges, etc)
general profile information changes you can't make on your own
anything else that fits the topic + would need admin approval to edit/change

If there's no specific form for your error report, choose whichever you think matches it the best from what's available and explain the error as detailed as possible!

As of April 7th 2026, we have added a new form: Incomplete Rewards Error. Use this form when you have received incorrect or incomplete rewards from something, or even if you were missed entirely when staff were sending out rewards for something! This is SEPARATE from the regular Error Reporting (Rewards) thread which is for self-made errors that DON'T need an admin/staff response.

If your post has NOT been responded to yet (we will usually make an edit saying it has, even if we don't quote-reply you yet) then you may edit an existing post with any additional forms you want to add, so when we do go through posts, we can tackle all your forms at once instead of going back and forth.

For errors regarding/related to the following:

submitting incorrect choice cards in site forms (ie. typed in the wrong number, selected a different but similar deck name, etc)
receiving a duplicate of a choice card you selected in the random rewards portion of a log
anything else that DOES NOT need a site log or site count to be changed

You can report those in the Error Reporting (Rewards) thread instead, which is a self-serve thread where all you need to post is what you're changing and then you can edit your personal logs/trade post accordingly.

Please fill out a separate form for EVERY change being requested, even if posting multiple forms of the same error type!

SITE LOG ERRORS FORM ★
Use this form to report any duplicate/accidental logs needing removal, existing logs that need to be edited for whatever reason, etc!

ACCOUNT ERRORS/UPDATES FORM ★
Use this form to report any incorrect account information that you can't change on your own through the "Edit Profile" or "Edit Items" link in your account, such as currency and/or trade point counts!

While not an error, gifting currency to another player should be reported using this form as well since it needs to be removed from your current site count. Do note that we will NOT automatically add what a player gifted, to the player who received that gift unless they also request an account update using the form below!

If you earned currency that wasn't sent through site rewards and need it added to your account or were gifted currency, please use the below form instead!

[b]Amount To Add:[/b] how much of each currency is being added + what is the total you should have afterwards
[b]Details:[/b] provide logs or other proof (such as a link) of earning the currency that's being added

Double check you've already commented/posted to claim any currency freebies/rewards if it's a requirement, and/or ensure that you're not just waiting for a delayed reward to be sent, to prevent duplicate currency being added to your account at separate times!

INCOMPLETE REWARDS ERROR FORM ★
Use this form when you have received incorrect or incomplete rewards from something, or even if you were missed entirely when staff were sending out rewards for something!

For incorrect rewards from site games, please refer to the Games Master Sheet to see what the reward you should've received was so we know what to send you.

If there was a wish granted for double game rewards on a set and it did NOT double for you, please take the original reward from the mastersheet above and double it instead! Both cards and currency should be doubled when these wishes are granted.

For other incorrect/incomplete rewards, please link us to the thread/post/etc where the reward is outlined so we can double check what you're owed and that you correctly completed whatever it was to receive said reward(s)!

Details: it's actually just a filename error, it's name cami-brthday2026 when it should be named cami-birthday2026. also looks like it affected the birthday milestones posted after my own.

I don't even know where to put this, but I put in my master for diakurosawa-atlantisprincess, and then the site logged me out, so I have no rewards for it, but my name is on the masters list for the deck SIGH

Details: Said above. I used a mastery bonus coupon and then the site logged me off even though I had been quite active. Not sure how you want to deal with this, but if I could be sent a reward instead and then just add the choices on, that would be great. ngl, don't really want to lose my supposed first mastery status on it LOL

Would get 3 choice cards and 7 random cards + the 1 exp (I think?)

I didn't provide a log since I HAVE NO log lol

Or I can always put the form in again, and then you delete an instance. Whatever you want to do.

Details: My internet was playing up when I was trying to submit a mastery! Just noticed I have the mastery badge twice in my profile and my name listed twice on the mastery page. The mastery is mamifutami-queenofhearts. I didn't get rewards twice, so no logs need to be removed. Hopefully this is the right form?
