Error Reporting (General) - Admin - 07-23-2026

If you've found an error that doesn't fall under one of the following categories listed below, you can report it here! Please provide as many details as possible if it's necessary for your report (screenshots are encouraged if needed), like if there were any certain circumstances in place that you think might've triggered the error.

We do not accept error reports of any kind via different contact methods or other locations so we can keep everything in one place and make it easier to check what we need to do. If you message an admin privately about an error, we will likely ask you to post it on the forums in their correct thread instead!

KNOWN ERRORS ★
These have already been reported and are in the process of being looked into so please do not report them again! Once resolved, the error will be removed from this list.
  • Hangman (and Wish Upon A Star) do not check if someone has already played the game since it was last updated and thus will not display the reward already received, instead allowing them to play again (Reported May 27th 2026)
  • Claiming form for random card freebies does not load card images or filenames when submitted (Reported May 11th 2026)
  • Deck Donation reward displayed an error and did not load cards upon claiming from account rewards page, but did save to logs (Reported January 18th 2026)

  • Mastery counts on profile showing 0 even if the player has masteries; mastery count is accurate in account overview however (Reported January 16th 2026) // Resolved on May 6th, 2026

I'm super sorry -- was playing Remix this week and submitted my second swap without inputting the number, so now it's probably broken in the game...
