I had the same issue as Yujing with Collab Stage rewards.



The character name is also incorrect for me when I hover over my submitted image - it should be Junna Hoshimi. The series is correct.

Same issue as others with Collab Stage, I submitted an image with no reward, and the name is wrong for the character I donated. The name should be Tenka Osaki (from im@s shiny colors), but the image/series is right!

I also have the same issues with collab stage! didn't get rewards and the idol should be Ren Jinguji

I did take a screenshot but cut off the bottom part where it shows I didn't get the rewards...

I purchased a mastery bonus boost, but when I went to actually master a deck with it, this is how the page appears after selecting the deck that I'm mastering.

I've checked in both FireFox and Chrome.

There seems to be an issue with the voting form? The votes for the 4th and 5th deck votes aren't being counted? Or it appears to be that way.

I took a before screenshot of the decks (with the voting scores)

You can see the time is 8:24 in TCG time (and 14:24 in my time - has the time in the bottom right corner of the image)

You can see Kitty Cuddle Puddle has 4 votes, Popstar Playdate has 3 votes and Warm Temptation has 3 votes.

Then you can see the decks I voted for:

After voting you can see Kitty Cuddle Puddle still has 4 votes, Popstar Playdate now has 4 votes and Warm Temptation is no longer showing. So despite me voting for all 3 of these decks only Popstar Playdate increased by one.

Again you can see the time is now 8:48 (TCG time) and 14:48 my time. I waited and hard refreshed a few times in case the vote numbers changed.

Mio and Yujing and I talked about this earlier... we wondered if something was weird with the voting. Which was why I took all these screencaps.

Hopefully this all makes sense^^

I seem to have gotten an extra reward for group collect today for some reason:



I was already sent a reward on the 2nd:

muscle memory got the better of me and i think i put the card number as "08" instead of 8. not sure if the details saved or not but the card i wanted to donate was this one of Chieri Ogata from THE iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls

Everything reported until here should be resolved, unless edited with a note otherwise, in which case it will probably take me longer to look into and try resolving. If I missed any report, let me know because there were a lot of posts to go through so I may have missed something!

I think I figured out why it was only counting the first 3 votes; the code had remnants of a previous version where the game would require you to vote for 1 deck per category only but because I didn't want any restrictions like that, I had changed it to remove that but didn't edit one part of the code (it's hard to explain this/what the code was telling the database to do if you're not familiar with mysql so I won't get into it).

All that to say, this should be fixed now so votes from now on should be properly counted, and I apologize for whatever was voted 4th and 5th in the previous weeks not being counted!

Yes, you had entered "08" which caused your name to not show up but the donation still went through/is there but if you didn't get a reward then let me know and I'll manually re-send it to you!

I just got the Group Collect (anonchihaya-lifeinpink17) - received on February 05, 2026; I already got this one so I did not collect it, it can be deleted from DB!
