Also had the same issue as Jessica - didn't log 02/21 wish -

My wish also didn't log! It should be:
Cassidy Wish (2026-02-21 00:00:00): sakiizumo-acupofsugar05, lenkagamine-allbearaffair03, lenkagamine-allbearaffair04, shuitsuki-starnavigator02, shuitsuki-starnavigator03

It didn't log either.

It should be chuchu-colorfulpeacesign01, chuchu-colorfulpeacesign04, eichitenshouin-baskinginlove11, eichitenshouin-baskinginlove20, moa-heartfulheartbeats10!

The form should be fixed now so I'll need you two to re-submit the form, then edit your comment to remove the duplicate log from it when it auto-comments! I deleted the empty logs before realizing afterwards I could've kept it and just edited it with the cards you took, my apologies

Also, I've updated the image link, Zephie! I don't know when Imgur changed it but sometimes when you copy an image's link, it gives you a link like the original one you submitted and the code doesn't seem to like that LOL

this month's photobook shoot isn't letting me do the fifth puzzle! when i click the link to go to the fifth one (either from the 4th puzzle reward page or a bookmark), it tells me that i already played this game and is showing all previously received rewards, including earlier months. screenshots under the spoiler (there's more prizes than what i screenshotted, but i'm using it to show that i have multiple different round 1 wins):
