As of April 7th 2026, we have added a new form: Incomplete Rewards Error. Use this form when you have received incorrect or incomplete rewards from something, or even if you were missed entirely when staff were sending out rewards for something! This is SEPARATE from the regular Error Reporting (Rewards) thread which is for self-made errors that DON'T need an admin/staff response.
If your post has NOT been responded to yet (we will usually make an edit saying it has, even if we don't quote-reply you yet) then you may edit an existing post with any additional forms you want to add, so when we do go through posts, we can tackle all your forms at once instead of going back and forth.

Please fill out a separate form for EVERY change being requested, even if posting multiple forms of the same error type!
SITE LOG ERRORS FORM ★
Use this form to report any duplicate/accidental logs needing removal, existing logs that need to be edited for whatever reason, etc!
ACCOUNT ERRORS/UPDATES FORM ★
Use this form to report any incorrect account information that you can't change on your own through the "Edit Profile" or "Edit Items" link in your account, such as currency and/or trade point counts!
While not an error, gifting currency to another player should be reported using this form as well since it needs to be removed from your current site count. Do note that we will NOT automatically add what a player gifted, to the player who received that gift unless they also request an account update using the form below!
If you earned currency that wasn't sent through site rewards and need it added to your account or were gifted currency, please use the below form instead!
Double check you've already commented/posted to claim any currency freebies/rewards if it's a requirement, and/or ensure that you're not just waiting for a delayed reward to be sent, to prevent duplicate currency being added to your account at separate times!

CUSTOM GRAPHICS ERRORS FORM ★
Use this form to report any errors made to your personal custom graphics, such as Player Milestones, activities, master badges, etc!
PROFILE ERRORS FORM ★
Use this form to report any incorrect profile information/details that you can't change on your own through the "Edit Profile" or "Edit Items" link in your account!
- duplicate and/or accidental logs needing removal
- incorrect total counts of currency, trade points, etc in your account (ie. removal or adding)
- errors made to any kind of custom graphic (Player Milestones, activities, master badges, etc)
- general profile information changes you can't make on your own
- anything else that fits the topic + would need admin approval to edit/change
