I was wondering if the bonus ribbon and maxed donation reward for prejoin was missed for sending out:

According to the prejoin graphics post for maxing out donations we would get a total of 60 random cards, 11 ribbons, 4 EXP altogether and I was marked off as maxed out on the spreadsheet.
