Prejoin Deck Claims

Before making any donations, make sure you've read the Deck Donations Information thread as well as the Donations Guide first! Once you're ready, use the form below to add your planned donation(s) to the current claims list. Please make sure your donation hasn't already been claimed by anyone else by checking the Prejoin Claims as well as the upcoming decks first however!

CLAIMING RULES

• You can claim 15 decks total during prejoin, and they can be any combination of any deck type!
  • If claiming a Solo Stage deck (AKA a puzzle deck featuring just 1 character), you can only donate 2 decks per character but there is no restriction or limit on amount of claims from the same series!
  • If claiming a Collab Stage deck (AKA a puzzle deck featuring 2+ characters), there are no character/series limits otherwise. Only "UNIT" decks can be claimed; "THEMED" decks are reserved for our future Group Collect game! (See the Donations Guide if you're not familiar with these terms.)
• All claims must be donated before the prejoin period is over, or they will be cleared once it ends and freed up for anyone (or the original player) to claim/donate once we open.
• Extensions will not be allowed but you can re-claim any decks not donated on time once we officially open if it's still free by the time you do!
• Each claim is password-protected by the player who submitted it so we recommend using an easy to remember word for it! Don't forget it when submitting the donation because without it, the form won't go through. (You can use the same password for all your donations if it makes things easier to remember!)

DECK INFO FORMATS

When claiming a deck, make sure you follow the below formats to keep claims uniform and easy to browse through! Errors will be edited as we catch them—or if you catch it yourself then please contact Cassidy so she can edit the claim—but do try your best to ensure you submit claims correctly the first time for everyone's sake (including you!).

• Feature: Format should be Character Name | Card #000 - Set Name (Bloomed/Unbloomed) for images that are card art (both Solo and Unit Collab Stage decks), or Character Names | what the image is of for non-card art like album covers, promotional images, etc (Unit Collab Stage decks only).
  
  
  • Character Name should be the featured character's name in first name, last name format (ie. Maki Nishikino and not Nishikino Maki). If donating an image with 2+ characters, list every character's name - but keep the following guidelines in mind, depending on what kind of image you're donating:
    • If the image features all members of an official group/unit then you can use their group/unit name instead of listing each character's name (ie. "UNDEAD" rather than each member's name).
    • If the image features 2 characters only then list each character in the following format: Character A & Character B instead.
    • If the image features 3+ characters then list each character separated with commas but do not add "and" or "&" beteween the last two characters listed! (e.g. Character A, Character B, Character C is OK but Character A, Character B, and Character C or Character A, Character B & Character C or anything similar is NOT.
    • If the image features various characters from different series (e.g. collabs or crossovers) then please add the series name after each character name listed, like so: Character A (Series A) & Character B (Series B) -OR- Character A (Series A), Character B (Series B), Character C (Series C) and so on.
      • An exception to above would be if the image features more than one character from the same series, along with character(s) from different series, you can list the names like this instead: Character A, Character B, Character C (Series A) & Character D (Series B)
  
  

  CARD ART IMAGES

  • Card #000 - Set Name is the card info itself, to help with looking up the card on its series' respective card site/archive/gallery; see here for an example of where to find said info, and our Donation Guide for additional help! If the card does not have all the requested info (e.g. only has a card ID # or card/set name) then just include what you can, as long as it'll help identify the card.
  • (Bloomed/Unbloomed) tells us whether the claim is for the bloomed/trained or unbloomed/untrained version of the card so pick whichever option you're donating!
  
  

  OTHER IMAGES

  • what the image is of would be describing what the image is of, such as [Song or Album Name] Cover or Anime Visual or [Magazine Name] Cover/Art - to give a few examples! If you're not sure what to use, refer to other donations/made decks if someone has donated something similar; if all else fails, ask an admin for help.


• Filename: Format should be charactername-deckname for Solo Stage decks -OR- seriesname-deckname for Unit Collab Stage decks, all in lowercase with no spaces. The form will tell you if the chosen filename is already taken or not!
  • For Unit Collab Stage decks - if the image features multiple characters from different series then please use "various" as the "series name" instead, so the filename should be: various-deckname


• Category: Choose either Solo Stage for regular puzzle decks featuring 1 character -OR- Collab Stage for special puzzle decks featuring 2+ characters.


• Series: Either choose the series from the existing list or add a new one, by clicking the "Yes, please!" checkbox below that asks if you want to add a new series. Please write the name with proper capitalization, stylizing, etc!
